For Attendees: Condolet Assignments
Hello, MaxFunCon attendees!
Brian the Intern and I are currently making condolet and room assignments for MaxFunCon 2009.
Each condolet has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own bathroom, plus a shared "living room" area. We need to know if you are:
Attending with a friend, with whom you'd like to share a condolet
or
Attending with a partner, with whom you'd like to share a room.
We will be making final room and condolet assignments on Thursday, February fifth. If you don't have any special requests, we will, to the best of our ability, assign you to a condolet more or less randomly with a person of the same gender.
Some folks have asked whether couples traveling together can use a full two-bedroom condolet. We have a strictly limited number of condolets available to us, and a lot of folks on the waiting list, so we respectfully ask that couples share a bedroom. It's important to us to share this great experience with as many folks as we can -- and frankly, you're not gonna spending too much time in that condolet. Please let us know if you're traveling with a partner so we can do so. If you're uncomfortable with that setup, let me know.
